Our Story

In our Krav Maga classes we keep things as simple as possible. Our Heavy Bag classes allow us to explore striking, footwork, and defensive maneuvers at a deeper level and in greater detail. With a strong focus on good fundamentals, beginners and experienced students alike will find much to gain from these classes.

Heavy Bag HIIT

Learn the fundamental strikes found in kickboxing, boxing, and MMA. Improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance, stamina and agility while developing your striking skills. This class is a true N-Flux original great for all levels of fitness and striking ability. In this class you will start with an extensive warmup that goes through all the basic punches and kicks. Then you will do combinations on the bag interspersed with calisthenic exercises for an intense conditioning workout.
