Barbell Club

Increase strength and mobility while learning how to lift safely and efficiently. This program is great for beginners. We focus on variations of squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses. Learn fundamental barbell training in a supportive environment!

Our class focuses on developing strength, through low repetitions using a heavy weight. Students first learn the fundamentals of each movement to ensure proper form and safety and are monitored by coaches as they perform lifts.

The Barbell Club is an excellent space for beginners to learn how to navigate the rack, warmup properly, use weights, and perform lifts. Experienced practitioners can receive more support and form cues to build upon their foundation of skill.
