1. Do not show up to class if you don’t feel well.

  2. Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES. If you’re short of breath... SLOW DOWN!!!

  3. All students must have their temperature checked by two separate people in the studio before attending class. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will be sent home.

  4. All hygiene rules must be followed: clean clothes must be worn to every class and finger/toenails must remain trimmed

  5. Communicate! It is up to you to communicate what/who you are, and are not, comfortable with. Respect each other’s boundaries.

  6. Be proactive in ensuring that everyone is following the rules to keep everyone safe. If you see someone new who may not know the rules, introduce yourself and help them get squared away.

  7. All students must participate in cleaning and sanitizing used equipment after each class.

  8. If you travel to any of the states/countries deemed high risk by the DC government, you must either quarantine for two weeks or quarantine for 5 days and then show a negative COVID-19 test result before returning to the studio.

  9. If you develop a fever please notify N-Flux staff immediately and inform them of everyone you had person-to-person contact with.

  10. Think of your fellow students when making decisions in the rest of your day-to-day life. Our decisions now have an even greater, and direct, effect on each other.

  11. Accept that you are taking a risk when training. As a community, we can and will work together to remove as much risk as reasonably possible. That said, the risk is never reduced to zero. We must each individually accept the remaining risk.

In the face of fear, we will use reason and courage to move forward and take care of ourselves and each other. Because the science that informs our understanding of the COVID-19 virus is constantly evolving, so too shall we.  Now, more than ever, it is our ability to reason, adapt, and stick together that will see us through.
