Session 1: Fitness - Advanced Steel Mace Flow
Saturday, June 12 - 10am-12pm
A steel mace flow combines a series of movements into one seamless sequence. This seminar will start with some of the movements that we’ve been working on in the Steel Mace Fundamentals classes, add a series of more advanced movements, and combine them into a dynamic sequence including swings and flips. We’ll learn the movements, put them together, and try to make everything pretty.
