N-Flux Foundations:

Open to students of all levels, N-Flux Foundations classes focus on the fundamental skills required to be successful in our Krav Maga, MMA Sparring, and No-Gi Grappling programs.  This is a must for all beginners. 

There are 12 modules in the N-Flux Foundations curriculum. Each module finishes with a drill that puts the skills learned in class under stress. The module covered in class rotates each day in order. You can expect to take the N-Flux Foundations class for several months before you are able to test out of the program and into the sparring-intensive courses. Students are expected to demonstrate all 12 modules with proficiency in basic striking, grappling, and general physical preparedness.
