Krav Maga Foundations Test

Those who wish to move on to the upper levels of Krav Maga from Foundations must take the Foundations test offered each month. Students should sign up for the test when they feel comfortable with:

  • Basic striking

  • Working from the fence

  • Ground fighting

  • Wrestling

The test will take place between 6:30-8:30pm at the studio.

To sign up, go to your mindbody portal and select "enrollments."

Learn techniques to protect yourself against an armed attacker in this 2-hour workshop with N-Flux master trainer Chris Torres and Budokon Maryland Director & Master trainer Professor Jamal Faustino Pender. Participants will start with basic fighting skills and progress into self-defense specific to knife threats.
